The Name Game
Say the name once in a bright tone, mark the instant glance with "yes," then pay. Run short daily reps until the name buys an instant head turn.

Here is the catch that trips up most owners: a dog that nails the name in your kitchen has not learned "my name." It has learned "my name, in this kitchen."
Dogs file skills by location. A perfect head turn at home counts for almost nothing in the backyard, and the backyard counts for nothing at the park.
