1. Present your flat palm six inches from the nose; the moment they bump it, say "yes" and treat. Repeat ten times.
2. Stuck? Rub a treat across your palm, mark any contact, then drop the scent once they are reliably bumping it.
3. Name it — after ten clean reps, say "touch" just before your hand appears.
