Boiling at Room Temperature

Water boils at 100°C, right? Only at sea level. Boiling point depends on pressure.

Reduce pressure enough and water boils at room temperature. In a vacuum chamber, you can watch water bubble at 20°C. The molecules have enough energy to escape into gas — they just needed the atmosphere to stop pressing them down.
