LESSON 1 · The DNA Blueprint
Twins Drift Apart
Identical twins start almost indistinguishable, but they slowly diverge. By middle age, the two often differ noticeably in health, aging, and which illnesses they face.
The DNA never changed. Decades of different food, stress, and habits flipped epigenetic switches in one twin that stayed untouched in the other. The longer they live apart, the more those small daily differences add up.
