Why Nature Wins

Wind-tunnel math loves clean, steady conditions. Real wind does not cooperate — it gusts, swirls, and shifts direction by the second. That is exactly the mess a humpback evolved in. Its tubercles keep the flipper biting the flow even when the angle gets steep. Copy that onto a turbine and it keeps spinning in gusty, low wind where a smooth blade would stall and quit. Nature optimizes for the chaos we usually leave out of the model.
