When There's No Time
Sometimes you get called up with seconds to spare. Keep a 10-second emergency version ready: one slow exhale, shoulders down, and your anchor word. It won't do everything the full sequence does, but it gives your brain something familiar to grab.
And if your ritual ever stops working, it's usually gone stale — you're running it on autopilot without attention. Slow it down, feel each step again, or swap one piece for something fresh. The cue works because you mean it.
