LESSON 5 · Decide Together
Why Teams Get Stuck
Decision paralysis in teams is not the same as individual indecision. It runs on social dynamics, power structures, uneven information, and clashing priorities that pile up on each other. A team of individually decisive people can still produce total gridlock.

When nobody knows who has final say, every participant advocates for their preference without resolution. Meetings recycle the same arguments, action items go unassigned, and the decision gets pushed to the next meeting.
