The Trust Rebuild

Trust, once broken, rebuilds through consistent small actions, not grand gestures. Showing up on time. Following through on promises. Being where you said you'd be. Transparency without being asked.

The rebuilding partner often feels frustrated: "I've been doing everything right for months, why don't you trust me yet?" Because trust is rebuilt at the injured partner's pace, not the rebuilding partner's timeline. Patience isn't optional here. It's the price of repair.
