Ethical Considerations of Voice Reading
Reading emotion in a voice carries ethical responsibility. Anxiety or sadness does not always need public attention; sometimes respect means a private check-in or silence.

Use your vocal perception skills to inform your behavior, not to expose others. If you hear stress in a colleague's voice, offer support privately rather than asking what is wrong in front of the team. The goal is to understand people better, never to put them on the spot.
