Transparency and Adaptive Modes

Sometimes you want to hear your surroundings. Transparency mode reverses the ANC process: external microphones capture ambient sound and pipe it through the speakers, making the headphones acoustically invisible. Advanced versions boost voices while suppressing wind and traffic noise.

The latest headphones add adaptive ANC that adjusts cancellation in real time. Sensors detect whether you are on a plane, walking outside, or in a quiet office and tune the profile automatically. Some models even use accelerometers to sense jaw movement and ease cancellation when you speak.
