One-on-One Follow-Up
The most useful follow-up often happens individually, not as a group. After your presentation, identify the two or three people whose support matters most and schedule brief one-on-one conversations while your ideas are still fresh.

Ask allies to reference your idea in later meetings when it is relevant. When someone else mentions your concept in a different context, it gains social proof you cannot create alone from the front of the room.
