LESSON 6 · The Charisma Code

Your Pressure Plan

Four moves to stay charismatic when it counts:

  • Fire your anchor — the trained gesture that resets you to calm in one second
  • Rename the nerves — say "I am excited" before you start, out loud if you can
  • Slow down on purpose — pressure speeds your speech; a deliberate, unhurried pace reads as control
  • Find one friendly face — pick a single ally and speak to them first, then widen out

Done together, these do more than protect your charm. A little pressure can sharpen it — giving you a focus and intensity that easy moments never demand.
