LESSON 6 · The Charisma Code
When You Stumble
One last thing, because it is the part people get wrong. Charisma under pressure is not about never slipping. It is about how you recover. A voice crack or a lost word is barely noticed — what the room reads is what you do next.
Freeze and apologize, and a tiny slip becomes the headline. Smile, pause, and carry on, and the same slip reads as ease. The contrast does the work: visible composure right after a wobble can make you look more confident than a flawless run ever would.
