Text and Email Charisma
In text, warmth must be explicit because it cannot be implied through tone. Adding "I appreciate that" or "That is a great point" does in text what a smile does in person. Without these signals, even friendly messages can read as cold or transactional.

Response speed also communicates. Quick replies signal engagement. Long delays signal indifference — even if you were simply busy. Strategic use of voice messages can bridge the gap by adding tone and personality that text alone cannot convey.
