Practice Two Lengths

Once you have your story, rehearse it in two lengths so it fits any room. Build a two-minute version for interviews and presentations, where you can include the full arc and a vivid detail or two. Then build a 30-second version for quick introductions, stripped to the single moment and what it taught you. Knowing both means you are never caught choosing between rambling and going blank.
