The Humility Component
The ingredient that separates confidence from arrogance is intellectual humility — the recognition that you might be wrong, that others have knowledge you lack, and that learning never stops.

The most respected leaders combine high confidence with high humility. They make decisive calls but also ask questions and change course when evidence warrants.
Arrogance treats uncertainty as weakness — insecurity disguised as decisiveness.
