Keep A Feedback Journal
Memory edits the truth. To stop that, write down every piece of feedback the day you get it. Capture three things: what was said, your honest emotional reaction, and the one action you'll take this week.
The reaction matters more than it sounds. Re-read your journal monthly and you'll notice which feedback you pushed back on hardest. That resistance is a map — it usually points straight at your biggest growth opportunity.
