LESSON 6 · The Feedback Playbook

Four Cycles a Year

Do not try to fix everything at once. Split the year into four feedback cycles, one per quarter. Each cycle is simple: collect feedback, find the signal, act on one priority, then check whether it moved. Cadence beats intensity because progress compounds only when the loop closes.

The trap is collecting feedback and vanishing. After 30 days, close the loop: "I worked on the interruption habit you named. Is it improving?" The question proves you used the note and invites a sharper next round. One visible change beats ten private intentions.
