Pipeline Weekly Review

Every Friday, spend 15 minutes reviewing three numbers: new leads added, proposals sent, and active projects ending in the next 30 days. If you added fewer than 2 new leads or sent fewer than 1 proposal, the next famine is already forming. This is your early warning system.

Use the Friday review to choose one pipeline move before noon: send two warm follow-ups, revive one dormant lead, or draft one proposal. The dashboard only matters if it turns into action; a small weekly move keeps future revenue moving while client work is busy.
