The review only pays off if you keep showing up. Four ways to make it automatic:

• Same time, same place. A fixed Sunday-evening slot works for most people. Pair it with something you like — a good drink, a quiet corner, easy music.
• Start small. If 30 minutes feels like a lot, do 10. A short review beats a skipped one every time.
• Track the streak. Mark each finished review on a calendar. Watching the chain grow is its own motivation.
• Notice the contrast. Pay attention to how Monday feels after a review versus without one. The difference usually sells itself.
