Terms of Use

The agreement between you and VVDev LLC for using Factopus. The short version:

  • Factopus is free to start. A Pro subscription opens the full catalog and is billed through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You cancel with Apple or Google, not with us, and keep access until the period ends.
  • You must be at least 13 to use Factopus.
  • The lessons, illustrations, the Factopus name and the Facto mascot belong to us. Use them in the app, not elsewhere.
  • Lessons are written for general interest. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without taking away consumer rights your own country gives you.
