Professionals who attract recruiter attention share expertise publicly. This is not about becoming an influencer. It means occasionally posting insights that show competence to the strangers who will eventually hire you.

That could be a short post about a problem you solved, a thoughtful comment on industry news, or a template you built. One thoughtful post per week beats daily low-effort shares. By the time a recruiter reaches out, they have already seen your thinking, so the conversation starts warmer — the trust was built before either of you needed something.
