LESSON 5 · Ace Any Job Interview

The Research Stack

Once your answers have shape, research tells you which proof to use. Walking in without it is like sitting an exam without studying. The bar is low — most candidates only skim the About page — so a little depth stands out fast.

Before each interview, reread the job description and pick the three most critical requirements. Every answer you give should connect to at least one of them.

The sharpest move: ask something they've never been asked. "What's the hardest thing about working here that isn't in the job description?" opens a conversation no rehearsed answer can match.
