Kill the Qualifiers
Qualifier words are confidence killers. 'Just,' 'actually,' 'I think,' 'kind of,' 'sort of,' 'maybe' — each signals uncertainty even when you feel certain. Deleting them from your vocabulary is the fastest upgrade to how authoritative you sound in meetings.

Replace 'I just wanted to suggest X' with 'I recommend X'. The meaning is identical; the impact is not. Listeners register the difference in the first three seconds — and attention scales with perceived authority.
