Protect Your Calendar
Meetings expand to fill the time you give them. With no boundaries, your calendar turns into Tetris where every block is someone else's priority. Block time for focused work first, and defend it as seriously as a client meeting. Hard stops need no apology.

Presence is a budget line, not a personality trait. Block two hours a day for deep work and protect them with the same courtesy you would give any recurring meeting. "I have a hard stop" is a complete sentence.
