Scale the Habit
Once you've asked for feedback on yourself first, build on that opening instead of stopping there. Most people wait for someone else to give feedback, and that wait is what keeps a team stuck.
Scale the habit with a 30-day challenge: give one piece of specific feedback every day. Start with positive observations — "Your presentation structure was really clear" — and work toward constructive notes by week three. Jot each one down.
The hardest part is day one. By day seven, the sentences form themselves.
