The Action Plan
Once you have identified a real pattern, build a concrete action plan: one specific behavior to change, one metric to track, and one accountability partner who will notice when you slip.
"I will stop interrupting in meetings. I will track it by marking each meeting where I waited my turn. My colleague Sarah will signal me if I slip." That level of specificity turns vague self-improvement into measurable change. Share the plan with the person who gave you the feedback — they become invested in your success and surface more useful observations.
