Price Anchors Perception

Your price is the first signal of your value. A number that's too low damages your credibility — it tells the prospect you don't trust your own work, so they won't either.

Stop trying to be the "affordable" option. The cheap choice rarely gets hired for serious work; it gets the jobs the strong freelancers turned down. Aim for the top 30% of market rate for your experience level, then let your quality justify the price.

Pricing is marketing. A confident price plus a confident conversation is the single best move a new freelancer can make.
