Two Frameworks, One Problem
Setting goals sounds simple until you try to do it well. Vague goals like "get healthier" fail because they give you nothing concrete to pursue.

Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each framework lets you pick the right tool for the situation. Using OKRs where SMART goals fit better is like using a sledgehammer to hang a picture frame. The tool works, but there is a better option sitting right next to it.
