Deliberate Practice
Follow a deliberate practice approach: focus on one weak spot per rehearsal session rather than running the entire talk top to bottom. If your opening is flat, drill just the opening ten times in a row.

Record yourself and review the footage with the sound off first - this reveals body-language habits you cannot feel while performing. Then replay with sound only to catch rushing, monotone, or filler words. Separating the channels makes problems easier to spot.
