Ethical Persuasion
The line between persuasion and manipulation comes down to a simple test: would you be comfortable if the other person could see your entire strategy? If yes, you are persuading. If no, you are manipulating. The difference matters because manipulation may win a moment while damaging the relationship that follows.

Strong negotiators ask before they argue. Questions reveal priorities, constraints, and hidden trade-offs that a prepared speech would miss.
