LESSON 4 · Navigate Any Conflict
Shared Enemies
Shared enemies unite opposing sides. When two departments fight each other, redirect their energy toward a common external challenge — a competitor, a market shift, a customer problem. The internal conflict suddenly shrinks next to the larger shared threat.

This is not manipulation — it is reframing at a higher level. When people zoom out from their individual conflict, their perspective shifts. The budget fight matters less when both sides recognize they could lose market share by not collaborating.
