Vocal Variety
Vocal variety prevents monotone delivery that makes listening harder. Vary your pitch to emphasize key words. Vary your volume - dropping to near-whisper can pull people in, while projecting conveys urgency. Vary your pace - speeding up for excitement, slowing for important points.

Sometimes the best move is no new technique at all: listen, wait, and summarize the truth the room is circling. Useful restraint can look more authoritative than constant contribution.
