The Tells To Catch

Under pressure, hands can show tension: fidgeting, touching your face, or wringing your fingers. These are often self-soothing moves, not proof of dishonesty or weakness. Notice them as signals that your body needs a steadier outlet.

Do not try to freeze your hands completely. Redirect nervous energy instead. When you feel the urge to fidget, rest your hands, count a point, or shape the idea in the air. Same energy, clearer destination.
