Language of Agreement
Skeptics soften when they hear their concern reflected accurately. Use mirroring with restraint: repeat the key phrase, then answer it with evidence. If they say "scalability," answer, "Scalability is the right concern here," and show the test or constraint.

The strongest skeptical-audience move is a pilot. A small reversible test lowers the risk of agreement and lets evidence replace argument.
