Ask for More
After feedback, ask clarifying questions instead of defending: "Can you give an example?" or "What would better look like?" Detail turns feedback into action.

You do not need to fully process feedback in the moment. Acknowledge it gracefully, then give yourself 24 hours to sit with it. Write it down. Sleep on it. With a little distance, the parts worth acting on usually become much clearer than they felt at first.
