Multi-Part Questions

When someone asks several things at once, acknowledge the parts before answering. Naming timing, budget, and staffing separately proves you heard the whole question and buys thinking space.

The urge to jump in the instant someone stops talking is strong. When you hold off instead of rushing to fill the gap, the questioner often adds the real worry, unspoken constraint, or part that matters most.
