The Provocative Statement

Sometimes re-engagement requires a controlled provocation: "Everything I just told you might be wrong." Or "Most teams here are making the same mistake right now." The provocation must be followed by substance — you just bought roughly ten seconds of sharp attention.

Strong re-engagement can stack several moves in quick succession: a voice drop, then a question, then a short activity. Each reset changes the room slightly, so recovery builds instead of depending on one trick.
