Structure Creates Clarity
Even clear words fall apart without structure. When delivering information, use the What-Why-When framework: state what you need, why it matters, and when it's needed. Example: "I need the sales figures (what) because the board meeting is Thursday (why), so please send them by Wednesday evening (when)." Compare that to: "Could you maybe send those numbers when you get a chance?" The structured version gets results. The vague version gets forgotten.
