Handle Pushback Without Folding

Someone disagrees with you in front of the whole team. Your instinct says retreat. Instead, try the acknowledge-and-redirect method: "I understand that concern. Here's why I still think this approach works." You have not ignored them. You have not surrendered.

Avoid the trap of over-explaining. When you defend an idea with ten reasons, you sound unsure. Pick your strongest single argument and deliver it with confidence. "The data supports this" beats a five-minute monologue every time. In meetings, brevity is power.
