Immigration Questions

Immigration officers ask predictable questions, so prepare short, confident answers:

  • "What's the purpose of your visit?" — "Business" or "Tourism."
  • "How long are you staying?" — "Five days."
  • "Where are you staying?" — "The Hilton downtown."

If you don't catch a question, say "Could you repeat that, please?" — never just nod and hope. The key principle: answer exactly what they ask, nothing more.
