Recognizing Vocal Fatigue
Vocal fatigue feels like effort. Speaking becomes harder, your voice may crack or cut out, pitch control suffers, and your throat may feel tight or scratchy.

This is your voice's equivalent of muscle soreness after too much exercise. The critical difference is that you cannot avoid using your voice entirely. You still need to communicate, which means recovery strategies must work alongside continued (but reduced) voice use.
