Changing Your Resonance
You can consciously shift where your voice resonates by adjusting the shape of your vocal tract. Lowering the larynx (as in a yawn) increases throat space, deepening the voice.

These adjustments are subtle but powerful. A voice therapist can help you find your optimal resonance balance, but you can experiment on your own. Try humming while slowly changing the shape of your mouth and throat. Notice where the vibration is strongest. That is your natural resonance sweet spot.
