Making It Stick
The biggest journaling challenge is consistency. The most reliable fix is to link it to something you already do: write right after your morning coffee or just before bed.

Start absurdly small — one sentence per day. Most days you will write more, but the bar stays low enough to never skip. Review monthly: patterns leap off the page — recurring emotions, unacknowledged needs. The monthly review is where the deepest insights emerge.
