LESSON 4 · What Actually Drives You
The Monday Morning Problem
You have lived this cycle countless times. Sunday evening, you feel a surge of motivation. You plan the perfect week — early mornings, productive work sessions, healthy meals, exercise. You go to bed certain that tomorrow will be different.
Monday morning arrives. The alarm goes off. The motivation that seemed so vivid twelve hours ago is nowhere to be found. You snooze, skip the workout, check your phone, and within an hour the carefully planned week has collapsed into the same old routine.
This cycle is not a character flaw. It is a predictable gap between the you that plans on Sunday — calm, rested, optimistic — and the you that actually has to act on Monday morning.
