LESSON 4 · What Actually Drives You

The Monday Morning System

A concrete system that survives Monday morning.

Sunday evening. Choose three priorities for the week. For each, identify the first two-minute action. Ten minutes of planning eliminates decision fatigue.

Morning routine. Same sequence daily: wake, shoes, two minutes of movement, shower, coffee, first priority. Don't check email until Priority One has had 30 minutes.

Daily minimum. Set a floor so small that skipping feels absurd: one sentence, five push-ups, one page. You never have a zero day.

Weekly review. On Friday, adjust the system, not your willpower. Move failing habits to other times.
