Handling Every Answer
Whatever they say, have a plan. If they want the same thing, define the commitment; if they are unsure, set a short timeframe; if they want something different, believe the information.

The hardest outcome is "I'm not ready yet." It can mean genuinely undecided, or gently declining. Set a check-in point: "Let's revisit in a month." If a month passes and the answer is the same, you have your answer. An indefinite "maybe" is often a no that does not want to be delivered.
