LESSON 3 · Tantrum Survival Guide
Repair Beats Prevention
Every parent-child relationship has ruptures — moments of disconnection, anger, or hurt. The quality of your relationship is not determined by how many ruptures you have. It is determined by how well you repair them afterward.

You do not need to be a perfect parent. You need to be a repairing parent. A child who learns that relationships survive conflict develops deep resilience and secure attachment. The storm is temporary, but the repair is what lasts.
