LESSON 6 · Potty Training Done Right
When The Mind Is The Trigger
Sometimes the cause isn't the gut — it's boredom or stress. A dog left alone too long, under-exercised, or anxious may eat stool simply because it's there and the day is empty. That's also why punishment backfires: scolding adds anxiety, and a more anxious dog often eats more, not less. More walks, play, and chew time can quietly solve it. Skip "miracle" supplements unless your vet names one.
