LESSON 6 · Socialize Like a Star
After the Window
Missing the window isn't a death sentence — socialization doesn't stop at fourteen weeks. It just gets slower and takes real effort.

The real difference is intensity. A well-socialized puppy can dive straight into a busy new scene and shake it off.
An under-socialized adult can't. They need the new thing introduced far away and small, at a distance where they can watch without panicking — then closer, slowly, only as they stay calm. Patience does the work that timing used to do for free.
